1.1 youwin.com is a trading name of WINunited Ltd. WINunited Ltd is a company registered on the 5th January, 2005 under the laws of Malta; Registration number: C 35409; registered address: Level 1, 271 Tower Road, Sliema, SLM 1600, Malta. WINunited Ltd was previously trading under the name WINunited (accordingly any reference to WINunited shall be construed as constituting a reference to WINunited Ltd).
1.2 WINunited Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta (LGA), a regulatory body, under Licence numbers LGA/CL1/349/2007, LGA/CL2/195/2004 and LGA/CL3/349/2007 issued on 15/06/2007, 25/08/2005 and 22/08/2007, respectively.
1.3 This agreement establishes the Terms and Conditions for the contractual relationship between WINunited and any player registering with the company. Each player is required to accept these Terms and Conditions when registering for an account with WINunited and is bound by them throughout the existence of the relationship.
1.4 WINunited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions including the game specific rules at any time and without prior notice. We will do our outmost to inform our players should there be major modifications to the Terms and Conditions. Nevertheless, it is the player's responsibility to regularly check for any changes. Should the player, due to any possible changes, not wish to continue using the services of WINunited, he/she can withdraw uncommitted funds without penalty and close the account by sending in an email to customer care at support@youwin.com
1.5 WINunited will respect the customer’s privacy in line with WINunited’s privacy policy. We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the event that we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with:
• any legal obligation,
• or in order to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements;
• or to protect our rights or property. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of verification, fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference agency, which may keep a record of the information.

you agree to consent to the disclosure of your personal data to SCHUFA (SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, D-65201 Wiesbaden) for the purpose of verifying your identity. You understand that SCHUFA will then report the degree of conformity of the data provided by you with the data contained in its records as a percentage and, if applicable, the advice of a proof of legitimation backed by an identity card, executed by SCHUFA or an other contract partner in the past to Winunited Ltd. On the basis of the results provided by SCHUFA, Winunited Ltd. may thus determine whether an individual is registered in the SCHUFA database at the address indicated by you. No further data will be exchanged. No alternative addresses will be reported, nor will your data be stored in the SCHUFA records. Only the fact that your address has been checked will be kept on record by SCHUFA. Further information is available at www.meineschufa.de
1.6 The contractual relationship is between the registered player and WINunited Ltd and is governed by these Terms and Conditions and by the Laws of Malta.
1.7 This document is published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. Although all languages’ versions should reflect the same principles, Iit is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between you and Winunited and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of this document, the English version shall prevail. Bonus scheme/s terms and conditions may be varied by market / language.
1.8 Winunited Limited is not responsible for any consequences resulting from major incidents such as any strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, natural catastrophe and saturation of the telecommunication networks, which could lead to a total or partial access reduction to its services through the web.
2.1 Any player applying for an account must register personally and be of legal age (18 years or the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Should any underage account owner be discovered at any point during the lifetime of the account, the account will immediately be closed indefinitely, and all funds deposited to the account will be forfeited to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in line with the requirements of the remote gaming regulations.
2.2 The players of WINunited cannot be residents of France, the Netherlands, USA or Malta.
2.3 The players of WINunited agree to abide by these “General Terms and Conditions” at all times, and:
• not to be acting in the interests of any third party
• not to utilise monies obtained from ill-gotten means
• not to credit their account with bank/credit card/s they are not authorized to use
• not to try to hack the website or to alter its code in any way
• not to adopt any criminal behaviour against WINunited, its affiliates, and its players.
2.4 In the event of a player not respecting one or more of the rules as mentioned in 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3, WINunited reserves the right to close the account and seize the available funds. Contractual obligations will be honoured unless there is a breach of any of the terms and conditions.
2.5 It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that they are not breaking any laws in their jurisdiction when opening an account and conducting business with WINunited.
2.6 The player must submit the correct information during his registration. The player also agrees to update this information should there be any changes to his personal data provided.
2.7 WINunited will accept no liability from third parties whatsoever, resulting from provision of incorrect data by a player.
2.8 No person may open more than one account with WINunited. If you have more than one account in different names, you are obliged to contact WINunited immediately. WINunited reserves the right to close your account(s) if you open multiple accounts. Should WINunited have grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the company, WINunited reserves the right to cancel any transaction/s related to such attempted/fraudulent conduct. Contractual obligations will be honoured unless there is a breach of any of the terms and conditions.
2.9 All account transactions are performed in Euro currency.
2.10 No interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount held in the player’s account. Accordingly players should not in any way treat Winunited as a financial institution.
2.11 WINunited may, at its own discretion refuse to open an account without having to provide any justification or close an existing account honoring contractual obligations already made unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions.
2.12 The player must keep his login ID, PIN and password secret at all times.
2.13 If a bet/s is placed using the login name and password of a player, it will be considered to have been made by the player. Once accepted a contractual obligation between WINunited and the player arises.
2.14 WINunited reserves the right to examine and confirm the identity of its players. For withdraw requests which cumulatively exceed € 2,300 and additionally when deemed necessary for security and other reasons, WINunited will request that documentation proving the player’s identity, age and place of residence is forwarded to its offices. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo identification documents, bank statements, references, last utility bill, etc. WINunited reserves the right to void transactions of the player’s account if requested documents are not received or discrepancies identified.
2.15 If no transaction has been recorded on a player’s account for thirty months, WINunited shall remit the balance in that account to the player, or if the player cannot be satisfactorily located, to the LGA. Provided that no claim shall lie against WINunited once the balance in a player’s account is remitted to the LGA.
2.16 Residents of the USA are not allowed to open an account with WINunited.com. WINunited regularly screens its registrations for anomalies, and will immediately and indefinitely suspend any U.S.-based player accounts. It is nevertheless the player’s responsibility to determine the legal status of internet gambling in his/her jurisdiction and act accordingly. The availability of the website in any particular jurisdiction does not constitute an offer or invitation by WINunited to use the services offered by the website. WINunited will accept no liability whatsoever with respect to actions by players where internet gambling is illegal and/or which is in violation of this article of the Terms and Conditions.
2.17 Player's Usernames must not infringe on trademark, company names or be abusing or offensive to other players.
2.18 Selling / transferring and/or acquiring of accounts to / from other players is prohibited.
3.1 The player can deposit to their gaming account via Credit/Debit Card, Moneybookers, Neteller, or bank wire. For all credit card and bank wire transactions, the full name on the credit card or the bank transfer must be identical to the full name on the WINunited account receiving the funds. If this is not the case, the deposit will be rejected and the funds returned. Any charges levied by the banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.
3.2 Deposits by credit card are limited to € 10,000 (one thousand Euros) per day. For each withdrawal via credit card (if available) and depending on the country where you transfer the money, an administrative charge of €2.00 (two Euros) will be levied.
3.3 The minimum deposit through any payment method is ten euros (10 €).
3.4 Funds deposited must be utilised for the placing of bets or for the stake on games at WINunited. Any suspicious activity on an account could lead to the player being reported to the relevant authorities, freezing of the funds and even the closure of the account.
3.5 Bonus funds may be credited to a player’s account as part of a promotion, loyalty or other marketing campaign. These funds cannot be directly withdrawn/paid-out, but must be used for the placing of bets. Depending on the promotion, these credits may be convertible to real money funds after fulfilling a specific set of terms and conditions associated with the promotion. A bonus credit must be used within one month of it being credited to the account or else it will expire.
3.6 Funds cannot be transferred from the account of one player to the account of another player.
A dormant account is an account that has not been accessed for 30 months and that has a real money balance. Once your account becomes dormant, if we have been unable to contact you, Winunited, in accordance with the applicable law, shall close your account and transfer your remaining account balance to the LGA. Should you wish to recovery funds transferred to the LGA kindly contact customer support or the LGA.
3.7 The player can at any time log in to his account and view a statement of his account which would show all transactions affected, namely deposits, bonus credits, winnings, bets and withdrawals. Should the player notice any mistakes he/she should notify WINunited immediately in written form so that the mistake can be rectified.
3.8 At any time, a player can decide to withdraw part or all of his/her funds from his/her account. Depending on the currency and the location of the player’s bank, certain transaction fees may apply. * Each withdrawal of €30.00 (thirty Euros) and more will be free of charge.* For withdrawals up to €30.00 (thirty Euros) the player will be charged a transaction fee of €2.00 (two Euros) or €15.00 (fifteen Euros)* The first withdrawal can be requested after 3 days of registration of the account.
3.9 Should a player attempt to withdraw funds that were deposited but not used for wagering, the account may be closed. Additionally, should these transactions be deemed suspicious, WINunited will report the activity to the appropriate authority and the player may lose these funds.
3.10 WINunited will process any withdrawal request immediately. Depending on the handling time of the bank, the player will receive the money within 2 - 5 working days from request. WINunited retains the right to subdivide substantial amounts into partial payments.
3.11 WINunited reserves the right to take such reasonable time necessary for the purpose of:
• verifying the player’s registration as a player;
• verifying the playing of a game by the player;
• conducting security and other internal procedures in relation to the player’s account; and
• ensuring that the rules that are approved relating to the award of the prizes to players have been complied with.
3.12 It is precondition for the processing of all withdrawals over € 2,300 that the player provides WINunited with a copy of a valid passport or official identity card (confirming identity and age) and utility bill (confirming official residence). In the case of initial deposits via credit card, the player will also be required to submit a copy of the front and back of the used credit card, exposing only the first six and last four digits on the front, and hiding the CVV2 number from the back. This procedure serves to confirm the player’s identity and therefore to prevent fraud.
3.13 WINunited additionally reserves to right to request the documents discussed in 3.10 above for any account holder who has requested a withdrawal of any amount below € 2,300
3.14 Withdrawals to Credit/ debit card are possible to Visa or Visa electron. Unfortunately Mastercard does not currently facilitate this functionality.
3.15 In line with the applicable laws, Winunited will remit amounts only to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated.
3.16 Credit/debit card payout requests should only be processed to the card(s) that have been used to deposit. Should the player have more than one registered credit/ debit card, the payout will be processed to the credit/ debit card from which the player deposited the most within the last 6 months, assuming payouts to this card are possible, e.g. in the case of Mastercard, to which payouts are not possible.
3.17 The minimum payout is €30.
3.18 The maximum daily limit is €3,300.
3.19 The credit/ debit card transaction usually takes between 3 to 5 working days.
3.20 The credit/ debit card information is never stored by Winunited and always transmitted in an encrypted way for your security.
3.21 WINunited reserves the right to modify the credit card/ debit limits and/or refuse to process any withdrawals/ deposits.
4.1 WINunited complies with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act of Malta.
4.2 WINunited checks all transactions to prevent money laundering.
4.3 If a player becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website the player must report this to WINunited immediately.
4.4 Suspicious transactions will be reporting to the relevant Authorities.
4.5 WINunited may suspend, block or close the player account and withhold funds if so required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act or other relevant legislation.
4.6 WINunited prohibits player collusion.
4.7 WINunited prohibits and takes measures to prohibit use of devices, such as robots, that distort normal game play
4.8 Players breaching conditions 4.6 and 4.7 will be subject to cancellations of bets and amendment of the balance on their account.

5.2 WINunited will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.
5.3 If players have a query with regard to any transaction, players may also contact WINunited at support@youwin.com with details of the query. We will review any queried or disputed transactions. Our judgement is final.

5.5 Any decision taken by the LGA following a complaint will be final
6.1 You may by written or electronic notice request to be excluded from playing for a definite period of time. A player who has set an exclusion may change or revoke the exclusion by written or electronic notice. A notice decreasing the exclusion has effect only after seven days after receipt of the notice. A notice increasing the exclusion has effect immediately after receipt of the notice.
6.2 Should you wish to completely close your account at any point, please send an email with your request to our Support Team support@youwin.com. Once received you have a period of six months from the date of closure to request the reactivation of the account. After six months, it is no longer possible for the account to be reactivated.
6.3 Users may also set their own deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The limits can only be removed after the user contacts WINunited and confirms such removal in writing.
7.1 A bet can only be placed by a registered player.
7.2 A bet can only be placed via the website.
7.3 A bet can only be placed by a player if he/she has sufficient funds in his/her account.
7.4 The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the bet being accepted.
7.5 A bet is deemed to have been placed as soon as confirmation of the acceptance of the betting offer is received from WINunited. Where several bets are placed by the user, these will be processed in the order they are received.
7.6 The player agrees that at the time he/she placed a bet(s), he/she had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective event(s). A customer is not allowed to bet on events where he/she is directly involved or has access to insider information. Where there is suspicion of a violation of this rule, WINunited retains the right to void the bet and to refuse the winnings. WINunited also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with local and international laws and regulations. Any suspicious activities may also be submitted to various monitoring agencies that are set up to protect and uphold the integrity of sports.
7.7 WINunited retains the right to decline any bet without providing any reason.
7.8 The minimum stake per bet is €0,50 (fifty Euro cents).
7.9 The list of all the bets, their status and further details is available to the user on the website.
7.10 WINunited retains the right to declare all bets on an event/s invalid if they emanate from a group of users who appear to have had knowledge of the outcome of such event/s, e.g. syndicated betting.
7.11 Any individual or group of individuals deemed to be working as a team (syndicate), who manipulate promotions or any other offer will have their account closed immediately. Moreover, the transactions (bets) in question will not contribute to any promotion or bonus offer requirements.
7.12 WINunited further reserves the right to reclaim any bonus given to the user, and to reduce such amount from the bet stake, where the user is found to be abusing the system as laid out in this article.
7.13 For all bonus offers, the following minimum requirements exist: Prior to claiming your first withdrawal, the bonus amount (in some cases both deposit and bonus amount) must be turned over 5 times on odds of 2.0 or higher. In cases where a particular promotion is governed by a separate set of terms and conditions that are displayed alongside the promotion, the promotional terms and conditions will stand as the official terms and conditions, overriding any potential conflict between the general terms and conditions set forth here.
7.14 When a bet is declared invalid or void, it will be calculated at odds of 1.00. The stake will be refunded to the user. In the case of combination bets, the invalid result will not be included in the calculation of the (total) odds.
7.15 Any bet placed after the start of an event is invalid, and such bet will be calculated at odds of 1.00. The only exception to this rule is bets placed on Live Betting events (i.e. in-running betting).
7.16 Should WINunited decide to close a user’s account for any reason, bets which have already been placed and accepted within the general terms and conditions and sports rules will not be voided, and the user will be paid any winnings. Should security questions arise in relation to an account, WINunited reserves the right to void such transactions (bets) within the legal and regulatory scope.
7.17 When the user places a bet, he/she acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted in full all of the Terms and Conditions and Sports Betting Rules regarding the bets offered by WINunited as stated on the website.
7.18 WINunited manages users’ accounts and calculates available funds, pending funds, betting funds, as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proven otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are not subject to dispute.
7.19 By confirming a bet, a user confirms his/her willful intention to conclude such a transaction. On confirmation, the transaction is deemed to be completed and as such, non-reversible, without prejudice to any clause in the Terms and Conditions that may provide to the contrary.
7.20 Payouts on bets with fixed odds are calculated by the multiplication of the original stake by the predetermined decimal odds. The result of this calculation includes the original stake amount, which is returned for all real money bets (i.e. not including bets placed from the free bet sports balance).
7.21 Winnings will be paid into the user’s account after the final result is confirmed. Any later amendment to the result, e.g. disciplinary procedures (doping) or intervention by ruling bodies which lead to a post-event modification of the result, will not be taken into account for the purpose of determining the outcome of a bet. However, WINunited reserves the right to set aside any winnings, should there be investigations into an event as a result of a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the event. If any irregularity is confirmed, WINunited retains the right to void any related bets.
7.22 When an event is cancelled or abandoned and no final result is declared within 24 hours, all bets on the event will be declared void.
7.23 In the case of multiple bets (e.g. doubles, trebles, 4-folds, etc) placed in the form of a combination of multiples through the betslip (e.g. 3 X Doubles, 2 X Trebles), all bets submitted through this combination will be settled once the final event in the combination as been settled. For example, should you select three markets in your betslip and place the maximum combination of three Doubles, all three Doubles will not be settled until the final market has been settled.
7.24 WINunited retains the right to lock accounts and to cancel all bets placed from accounts that have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of placing bets from different accounts. The stakes on these bets will be refunded to the user but not the winnings.
7.25 Users may apply for higher bet limits and written agreements can be reached to increase these limits. Please contact support to initiate this process.
7.26 The maximum winnings is 100,000 Euro per day a bet is accepted on the basis that it is the investment of one customer only and the maximum amounts that can be won (excluding stake) by a customer in one day's betting regardless of stake.
7.27 Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day’s betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is settled, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed.
7.28 WINunited retains the right to reduce the limits on any event at any time.
7.29 WINunited does not assume liability for input or transmission errors. WINunited reserves the right to rectify obvious errors in particular in the input of bet odds e.g. confusion of odds or results, teams etc.
7.30 WINunited assumes no liability for correctness or completeness of information provided. WINunited assumes no liability for the accuracy of livescores, statistics and intermediate results in live betting.
7.31 The English version of the Sports book rules prevails.
8.1 The Winunited Limited Casino games are hosted in Malta and licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority Malta.
8.2 To play for “real money”, players need to transfer funds from their active Winunited Limited account to their Winunited Limited casino account.
8.3 Winnings and account balances in the “Play for Fun” mode have no commercial value whatsoever and are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other type of benefit.
8.4 Every Winunited Limited Casino player determines the value of their stakes, in accordance with the limits of each game.
8.5 The casino(s) at Winunited Limited operates with a very sophisticated Random Number Generator (RNG), which guarantees a randomized outcome for each game and the integrity of the product and games, and has been tested by an independent third party. The following lists the third party that has tested the RNG incorporated in our casino software provider(s):
1) Chartwell: TST Technical Service Testing based in Vancouver, Canada.
Both the play for fun and play for real modes use exactly the same Random Number Generator.
8.6 Winunited Limited casino terms and conditions apply to all Winunited Limited casino promotions and bonus offers, which may also have separate rules that are promotion-specific. In the event of a conflict between the promotion-specific rules and the Winunited Limited casino terms and conditions stipulated here, the promotion-specific rules will prevail. The English version of the casino rules prevails.
8.7 All casino games qualify towards wagering requirements with the exception of the following games:
• All variants of blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, video poker, hold 'em.
• Poker Trey, Battle Cards Holdem Showdown, Pontoon, Pai Gow Poker, and Red Dog, Caribbean Stud Poker.
Winunited reserves the right to change, alter or modify which games contribute to wagering requirements at their sole discretion and at any time.
8.8 Once you have received your bonus and started playing, you will not be able to transfer any funds back to your main account until you have met the wagering requirements. If you do not wish to keep this bonus AND have not yet played any games in the casino, please contact customer support at support@youwin.com and we will remove the bonus for you.
8.9 Winunited Limited reserves the right to refuse or void any bonus offered to any player for reasons including but not restricted to, abuse by the player.
8.10 Any form of fraudulent activity will cause your account to be locked, whereby Winunited Limited will immediately void any winnings and bonuses and deal with the account and its credits in line with regulations and guidelines of the regulatory body.
8.11 "Demo Play" players do not qualify for any bonus offer.
8.12 Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of your total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses.
8.13 Any significant win made on Winunited Limited casino may be advertised on Winunited Limited website.
8.14 Winunited Limited reserves the right to use any winner’s username, first name, first initial of surname, and country to advertise the event.
8.15 Winunited Limited will respect the customer’s privacy in line with Winunited Limited’s privacy policy.
8.16 Winunited Limited and Winunited Limited Casino is not liable for any problem in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Service or the Software.
8.17 Winunited Limited cannot guarantee that the service will never suffer from faults; however we commit ourselves in rectifying the problem as soon as it has been reported or as soon as we possibly can. If you experience a fault in the service provided, please report to Winunited Limited immediately.
8.18 Winunited Limited is not responsible for any consequences resulting from major incidents such as any strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, natural catastrophe and saturation of the telecommunication networks, which could lead to a total or partial access reduction to its services through the web.
8.19 Winunited Limited reserves the right to temporally suspend the entire or part of the service at its own discretion and without obligation of giving prior notice to the users. Winunited Limited casino will not be liable for any loss players may incur as a result of such suspension or delay in service. Nonetheless, we endeavour to pre-notifying suspensions and restoring the service as soon as reasonably possible.
8.20 In the event of a Casino system malfunction all bets and winnings are void.
8.21 In the event of aborted games for any reason whatsoever, all users’ transactions are always accurately recorded on our system. Any "unfinished game rounds" are restored when returning to the game. "Finished game rounds" are not restored, but results can easily be retrieved by contacting our support team. We recommend all our clients to have an alternative Internet Service Provider (ISP) for any potential connection problem with your ISP.
8.22 Prizes and packages, monetary or otherwise, are neither exchangeable nor transferable.
8.23 Winunited Limited retains the right to correct obvious or palpable errors in promotions, events, tournaments and bonuses at any time. Any corrections will come into effect immediately after publication.
8.24 For games licensed by the AGCC, any casino funds left in unfinished games for a period equal or exceeding 90 days will be deducted from the players account and donated to a Charity as per AGCC regulations.
9.1 Players may have accounts with other Operators within the 24hNetwork but players must never use multiple Poker accounts to participate in the same Tournament, Ring Game (Cash Table) or Promotion.
9.2 Players from the same household or IP are not allowed to sit at the same Real Money or Tournament table.
9.3 Collusion is not allowed. Players must not work together against another opponent. The communication of hand information for the purpose of colluding against another player(s) is forbidden.
9.4 Chip dumping and chip receiving is illegal and WINunited Poker will lock the accounts of those suspected of involvement. Accounts may remain locked and any funds in them will be confiscated. Any accounts suspected of being involved or linked to chip dumping will also be locked and any funds in them will be confiscated.
9.5 Lending money to another Poker player by using the Poker Games is illegal and all the accounts involved will be locked. Even if it is to someone you know, lending Tournament Syndicate winnings or a "percentage share" agreement of an individuals Tournament winnings is also prohibited.
9.6 Soft Play is not allowed. Players must not deliberately play in such a way as to give chips or an advantage to another specific player(s). This includes the deliberate folding of hands to a specific player(s) or not making appropriate bets so that a specific player(s) remains in the Hand/ Tournament/ Cash Game.
9.7 Players’ Usernames, table name or Poker Alias must not infringe on Trademarks, company names or be abusing or offensive to other players.
9.8 The Company offers the User the possibility to chat in virtual chat rooms. The purpose of the chat rooms is to provide entertainment and communication among the user of the Games. Only English language may be used in the Chat feature. If you use the Chat option you are to respect the principles of the chat room code of ethics If you use the Chat option, and thus no messages encouraging or promoting racism, harassment, abuse, adult content or obscene material are to be made. Chat that is deemed offensive to WINunited Poker, or 24hNetwork is not allowed. You may not post messages that infringe on third party intellectual property rights. No advertising is allowed and this includes the promotion of any other products, promotions, websites, or companies.
9.9 You are responsible for your use of the chat. All chats are logged, recorded, and actively moderated. A breach of any rule set forth in the terms and conditions related to chat behavior may result in an immediate closure of an account. Any suspicious chats may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
9.10 Coffee Housing (discussing the cards while the hand is still live) is not allowed and may result in a chat ban.
9.11 Railbirding (observers chatting on a table they are not playing at) is allowed but must be kept in moderation. You must respect those playing at the table. If a railbird is deemed to be offensive, spamming the chat or ignoring requests from those playing at the table to reduce the amount of chat, they may have a chat ban imposed.
9.12 Players not complying with these rules can have their chat banned for any length of time that the WINunited Poker Management decides. WINunited Poker’s decision on these matters is final.
9.13 Your Poker Account details must never be shared with anyone else and no one else should play using your account details.
9.14 Poker "Bots" and the use of artificial intelligence programs or other aides for automated play is strictly forbidden.
9.15 The Company reserves the right to remove chat rooms.
