General Promotions and Bonuses Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1 Promotions and bonuses are available only to registered users who meet the age requirement of 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction but not less than 18).
1.2 Customers may only have one account on the website and as a result all customer promotional offers are limited to one per person. For clarity, this means one home address, one device, one IP address, one email address, one phone number, one payment method for one offer. Accounts on shared computers are also limited to one account, e.g. internet cafes, workplaces, public places etc. [Brand] reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at its sole discretion.
2. General Promotion Terms
2.1 By participating in any promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as the website general terms and conditions.

2.4 Any user attempting to open multiple accounts, may be removed from all promotional offers from all the accounts opened by that user. Only one user account per person is permitted.
2.5 Winning money generated from playing with funds gained from a promotional offer is subject to promotional conditions.
2.6 The Company reserves the right to later cancel the promotional offer or incentive and the winnings resulting from the offer if these terms and/or the general website terms and conditions are not properly adhered to.
2.7 Only payment transactions in the name of the account owner will be considered.
2.8 At all times, the Company reserves the right to change or cancel the type and duration of the promotional offer.
2.9 Should a player’s account become restricted due to any responsible gambling concerns, before or during the valid dates of any promotional offer/ promotional incentive that may be published on the website from time-to-time, they will be automatically excluded from.
3. Bonus Funds
3.1 Bonus funds must be used within 30 days from the day they are credited to the players account. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited after this period.
3.2 Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be used for betting purposes as stipulated in the promotion.
4. Wagering Requirements
4.1 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.
4.2 Free bets, Free Spins and Bonus funds can not be withdrawn without wagering.

5. Free bets
5.1 A free bet must be used within 7 days of the crediting date, or the free bet will expire.
5.2 Winnings from free bets are paid as NET winnings, meaning that the original free bet stake is not included in the payout.
5.3 Free bets can only be used at minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
6. Withdrawal Terms
6.1 Winnings attained from Bonus(es) can be withdrawn in line with the individual offer promotional terms listed alongside each individual offer/ promotion. If it is your first withdrawal, you are required to make a min. deposit of 5€.
6.2 We reserve the right to limit the maximum payout for any Free spin campaign to 1,400€.
7. Abuse and Misuse
7.1 If you knowingly attempt to circumvent [Brand's] systems and/ or If we suspect you are engaged in illegal and/or fraudulent activities when using our website; or you are found to have acted in breach of these Terms as well as the General Website Terms and Conditions, we may freeze or terminate your User Account, confiscate funds (including but not limited to your winnings), and/ or cancel any stakes at our absolute discretion.
