General Promotions and Bonuses Terms and Conditions

Section 4 (Free Bet Rules) clarified that only one Free Bet may be used per event.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Promotions and bonuses are only available to registered users and users must be 18 years of age or older (or meet the legal age limit applicable in your jurisdiction, but not less than 18 years old).
1.2 Customers may only open one account and therefore all customer promotional offers are limited to one offer per person. For the sake of clarity, this applies to the same home address, device, IP address, email address, phone number, and payment method. At the same time, accounts that use public computers such as internet cafes, workplaces, public places are also limited to one account. Picante Azul SRL (hereinafter referred to as the Company) reserves the right to withdraw offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at its sole discretion.
2. General Promotion Terms
2.1 By participating in any promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the general terms and conditions of the website.
2.2 Additional individual offer terms may apply to promotions and special offers. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these additional terms before accepting any promotional offer. Users can opt out of any promotional offers by contacting Customer Service.
2.3 All promotions are intended solely for fair play and recreational use. The Company reserves the right to withhold, restrict, or withdraw promotional benefits, winnings, or account access if it reasonably believes a player has
engaged in activity designed to eliminate or significantly reduce risk or to guarantee a profit or outcome (including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting, hedge betting, or collusion), or where promotions are used for professional, commercial, or non-entertainment purposes.
2.4 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Promotional Rewards” shall mean any form of non-cash value or benefit granted by the Company, whether automatically or by redemption, and whether referred to as a Bonus, Free Spins, Free Bet, Cashback, Goodwill Credit, Loyalty Reward, or by any other name or mechanic introduced by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to impose a maximum winnings limit of 500,000 TRY on all amounts derived from Promotional Rewards.
This limit applies to:
- winnings obtained directly from Promotional Rewards; and
- any subsequent winnings generated during the wagering process or subsequent play using funds originating from Promotional Rewards; and
- jackpot winnings or large-variance game outcomes achieved while Promotional Rewards were active.
Any amount exceeding this limit shall not be payable. 2.5. Any user who tries to open or control more than one account may be excluded from promotional offers from all accounts he has opened or controlled. Only one user account is allowed per person.
2.6 The Company reserves the right to cancel the promotional offer or incentive, and any winnings derived from the offer in case of non-compliance with these terms, the individual offer terms and/or the general website terms and conditions.
2.7 Only payment transactions made in the name of the account holder are taken into account.
2.8 The Company reserves the right to change or cancel the type and duration of the promotional offer at any time.
2.9 If a player's account is restricted before or during the promotional offer date due to responsible gambling concerns, the player will be automatically removed from the promotion.
2.10 We have the right to freeze or terminate your user account, confiscate funds (including but not limited to winnings) and/or cancel any bets if you knowingly attempt to circumvent the Company's systems and/or if we suspect that you are involved in illegal and/or fraudulent activities while using our website, or if you are found to be in breach of the individual offer terms, these Terms, or the General Website Terms and Conditions.
3. Casino and Game Bonus Rules
3.1 In order to withdraw the Bonus Balance, these terms and the applicable wagering requirements set out in the individual offer conditions must be met. For the avoidance of doubt, any wagering requirements set out in the individual offer terms prevail over these general requirements.
3.2 Bonus funds must be used within 30 (thirty) days after they have been credited to the player's account unless otherwise stated in the individual offer conditions. Unused bonus funds will expire after this period.
3.3 To make use of an active bonus, players' real money will be used first.
3.4 Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms, all casino bonuses must be wagered 40 (forty) times before winnings can be withdrawn.
3.5 Betting on equal or near equal outcomes such as red/black, high/low, or odd/even on roulette or player versus the bank in baccarat (examples not exhaustive) may result in the cancellation of your bonus funds and associated winnings. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void any bets deemed to be placed in abuse of these Terms.
3. 6 Bonus funds are not permitted to be used on the game Aviator or any other crash-type game. A crash game is a dynamic betting game which
typically involves a multiplier increasing from 1.00 until it stops at a random point or is cashed out. Any winnings generated from gameplay on any crash-type game using bonus funds will be considered void and where identified removed from the player’s balance. The Company reserves the right to deduct any winnings, cancel the bonus, and/or confiscate any remaining bonus balance if a player is found to have used bonus funds on crash-type games. 3.7 The wagering weighting factors set out in Section 6 apply to the calculation of wagering requirements in relation to Casino Bonuses.
3.8 Winnings from bonuses or promotions can be withdrawn according to the specific terms of each offer. To make your first withdrawal of winnings from a promotional incentive, you’ll need to have made a deposit of at least TRY 500.
3.9 Users can receive multiple bonuses from different promotions, but only one bonus can be used at a time until the wagering requirements are met or the bonus is cancelled.
4. Free Bet Rules
4.1 Free bets must be used within 7 (seven) days of being credited to the user account. If it is not used within this period, the free bet will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
4.2 Winnings from free bets are paid out as net winnings, i.e. the original free bet amount is not refunded or included in the payout. Only the winnings from the free bet will be credited to the user's account.
4.3 Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms, free bets can only be placed on sports events with odds of at least 1.5 per selection and cannot be cashed out until the sport event is settled. Only one Free Bet may be used per event. This applies to both single bets and combination (multi) bets. Any winnings emanating from free bets placed at lower odds or which do not meet the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and may be confiscated.
4.4 Free bets cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, bonuses or special offers, unless expressly stated by the company.
5. Free Spin Rules
5.1 Free Spins must be used within 7 (seven) days of being credited to the user account. If not used within this period, the Free Spins will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms of the Promotion, all winnings from Free Spins are subject to the default wagering requirements in the 'Casino Bonus Rules' set out in Section 3. Customers are required to meet these wagering requirements before they can withdraw their Free Spins winnings.
6. Bet Weighting Factors
6.1 All slot games contribute 100% towards the wagering requirements, with the exception of clauses 6.2 and 6.3 set out below.
6.2 Games in the following game categories contribute 30% to the wagering requirements: Table Games, Live Casino Games.
6.3 The following games do not count towards the wagering requirements and contribute 0%: Multiplier Games, Fishing God, Alien Hunter, Zombie Party, Monster Shooter, Undersea Killer, Big Catch Game, Ocean Vacation, Turkish Football Studio, Dragon Palace Adventure, Take the Kingdom, Tap Craze, Underwater Riches, Patience, Legend of Monkey, Lucky Yuanbao, Bank or Bust, Ships and Bombs, Golden Dragon, Crazy Party, Shooting Galaxy, Poseidon Wrath, Hi-Loaf, Deepsea Luminous, Sizzling Kingdom™ Bison Easter Edition, Take the Bank, Take Santa's Shop, African Spirit Sticky Wilds, Rocket Dice, Mythical Adventures, Diggin Deep: Diamonds and Dynamite, Mighty Fish: Blue Marlin Love the Jackpot, Fishing Pro: Reel Collect, Bonus Time.
7. Use of Deposited Funds in relation to Bonus Eligibility
7.1 Unless expressly stated in the individual offer terms, to withdraw any Bonus winnings, your qualifying real money deposit must meet all conditions detailed in this Section 7.
7.2 Your deposited funds must be used in full on either sport events or slot games (crash games are excluded) and should not be cashed out until the sport event or slot games have been settled. Bets cashed out or cancelled prior to the event settlement do not meet the real money wagering requirements and any winnings emanating from Bonuses will not be eligible for withdrawal and may be confiscated.
7.3 Your deposited funds should not be used for betting on equal or near equal outcomes such as red/black, high/low, or odd/even on roulette or player versus the bank in baccarat (examples not exhaustive). If the deposited funds are used in this way, then this may result in the cancellation of your bonus funds and associated Bonus winnings.
7.4 Deposited funds used for slot games should be wagered once. Any winnings emanating from Bonuses which do not meet these real money wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and may be confiscated.
7.5 Deposited funds used for sports bets should be used in full and placed on events with odds of at least 1.5 and should not be cashed out until the sport event is settled. Any winnings emanating from free bets and/or bonuses which do not meet these real money wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and may be confiscated.
