These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as Terms) must be carefully read and accepted by you (hereinafter referred to as you, the user or player) in its entirety prior to your use of our service and product. Betting on youwin means that the player has agreed to these Terms. Please note that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the player and Blue Pepper B.V. which owns and operates the domain listed on Clause 2 of these Terms.
  2. Blue Pepper B.V. owns and operates the domain www.youwin.com  (hereinafter referred to as the website and/or service), but in order to allow access to this website from certain countries, other domains may be used as an exception.
  3. All bets made via this website and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as bets) are managed, retained, received and processed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
  4. The contracts described here are only made between the Company and each user who placed bets on this website.
  5. The Company holds the authority to modify these Terms periodically, and it is your responsibility to stay updated with the most recent details. If there are significant alterations to these Terms, Blue Pepper B.V. will notify users by showcasing the amendments at the top section of the Terms page on our website. If you do not agree with the stated modifications, kindly contact our Customer Support at [email protected] In the event of not accepting the change, the user will be allowed to withdraw funds from their account balance. Continuing to use the website and its offerings indicates your agreement to the updated Terms. 
  6. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are lawfully permitted to use this website and service in your country or region of residence, and you agree to fully comply with all such country, province, state, and local laws when using the service. Blue Pepper B.V. makes no representation as to the legality of its online gambling service in such jurisdictions where remote gambling may not be permitted and further shall not be liable for any reimbursement including but not limited to any losses, damages, legal costs, and compensation requests arising from any claims over the legality of offering services in such jurisdictions. The Company also reserves the right to prohibit play from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

  8. The Company is not required to provide the user with any reasoning as to: refusing a user to open an account, refusing individual bets and/or limiting certain stakes and/or limits.
  9. The Company reserves the right to close an existing user account without disclosing the reason. In that case, we will inform the user about the balance of the account. The user's bet will be immediately excluded, especially in the case of suspected betting fraud or attempted fraud.
  10. The Company shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection to the usage of the website or service; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the website or its content or any errors or omissions in content. Furthermore, We shall accept no liability for any erroneous or palpable errors caused by its suppliers.
  11. You warrant that any usernames utilized by you in connection with the website shall not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. The user hereby grants Blue Pepper B.V. a universal, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, sublicensable right to use such usernames for any purpose connected with the website or service, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
  12. The Company does not take any responsibility for unauthorized use of usernames and passwords by accounts created by unauthorized individuals. It is the responsibility of each user to keep their username and password secret from others.
  13. For security, the user’s password must consist of at least eight characters. The use of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (excluding umlaut symbols) is permitted. It must not contain characters similar to other submitted data, such as your name or the name of your city.
  14. The user may only participate on the website strictly in their personal capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only.
  15.  The user is responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. It’s recommended that users review these Terms each time when using the website/ service.
  16. The Company is entitled to withdraw individual rights under these Terms, but users are not automatically entitled to withdraw these rights if they continue to use the website.
  17. Users should be aware that all bets once placed will be valid and applicable to the latest version of the betting terms. There is only one version of these Terms. These Terms may be published in several languages, reflecting the same principles, for information purposes and to help users. It is however only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between the user and Blue Pepper B.V. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the non-English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
  18. Blue Pepper B.V. reserves the right to restrict or deny access, totally or partly, to the user account, at its own discretion. In the event that the Company deems that a user has engaged or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using the website and the service, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth herein these Terms, Blue Pepper B.V. shall be entitled to take such action as the Company deems fit, including but not limited to:
    a. Immediately blocking a user’s access to the website;
    b. Seizing funds held into the user’s account;
    c. Terminating the user’s account; and/or
    d. Taking legal action against a user.

 

II. General Bonus Terms

  1. Additional terms may apply to promotions and special offers. Users are obliged to read and understand such additional terms as well as these General Bonus Terms before accepting a promotional offer. Users can contact Our Customer Service and ask them to exclude them from any promotional offers.
  2. Customers can only have a single account on the website and as result all customer promotional offers are limited to one per person. For ease of clarity, this means one offer per household address, IP, email address, telephone number, payment method. Accounts on shared computers are also limited to a single account, e.g., public, workplace, internet café, etc. Blue Pepper B.V. reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.
  3. If there is a user trying to open multiple accounts, we may remove all promotional offers from all the accounts opened by that user. Only one account per person is permitted.
  4. Winning money generated from playing with promotional offer funds is subject to promotional conditions.
  5. The Company reserves the right to collect winnings from your account (if not deemed legitimate winnings), refuse withdrawal requests, and close your account for customers who violate either our Terms and Conditions or the terms of the promotional offer.
  6. The Company reserves the right to later cancel the promotional offer or incentive and the winnings resulting from the offer if the above provisions are not properly adhered to.
  7. Only payment transactions in the name of the account owner will be considered.
  8. At all times, the Company reserves the right to change or cancel the type and duration of the promotional offer.
  9. Should a player’s account become restricted due to any responsible gambling concerns, before or during the valid dates of any promotional offer/ promotional incentive that may be published on the website from time-to-time, they will be automatically excluded from any further participation in the aforementioned promotional offers/ promotional incentives, even if they have already begun wagering.

 

III. Definition of victory

  1. The Company reserves the right to later correct any miscalculated or confirmed winnings. In that case, the bet will be recalculated at the corrected odds and if the result is a win the user will pay at the corrected odds. Winnings paid incorrectly must be refunded to us or if they remain in your account, we will adjust your account balance.

 

IV. Refund and Winning Limits

  1. Sports betting, Casino and Live Casino has a winning/ refund limit of €200,000 per user per week or the equivalent value in the player's selected currency.
  2. A winning amount of € 100,000 or the equivalent value in the player's selected currency is set as a limit for sports betting slips.
  3. For Casino and Live Casino, the maximum pay-out per game round is capped at €500,000 or the equivalent value in the player's selected currency. Any winnings that surpass this amount in a single game round will be limited to the €500,000 cap, with the remaining balance being voided.
  4. For suspicious bets and fraudulent sporting events, the Company reserves the right to block refunds at such events until the investigation is complete. Winning payments will be withheld until the investigation of the relevant event is complete.
  5. Winning payments can be held for up to 30 days.
  6. The Company reserves the right to invalidate the winnings or the bet itself in bets that have already been determined to be part of a sporting event (such as the so-called "match-fixing") or that have evidence of fraud. The stake will be refunded.
  7. The Company maintains the authority to void any winnings obtained from Casino and Live Casino games should there be reasonable suspicions of fraudulent activity, reciprocal betting, or if any type of error, virus, bug, defect, or inconsistency in the gaming software has been exploited to the player's benefit.

V. Account opening/ account 

  1. In order for you to be able to place bets and deposit money, you must first register on the website and open a user account (hereinafter referred to as User Account).
  2. In order to register and establish an account on the website, you warrant that you are not currently on any regulatory or enforcement list of persons that would prohibit the Company from engaging in business or other dealings, or otherwise offering the service to you. Furthermore, you warrant that you are not prohibited to engage in the service due to your geographic location or otherwise from partaking in financial transactions with the Company. In particular, you are not located in Iran, North Korea, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, United States and its dependencies, military bases and territories including  American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen, Myanmar, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Mali, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cuba, Curacao, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Marshall Islands, Martinique, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, Spain, Sweden, Isle of Man, UK, Wallis and Fortuna or any other jurisdiction where Your participation would be in conflict with any applicable law. You may not access the services from any such country and if you are identified as such, we may immediately terminate your account and all access to any of the website/-s and service/-s.
  3. Individuals who open a User Account on this website must fulfil the following acceptance criteria (including but not limited to):
    a. Are of 18 years of age or older, or at least the age specified in the jurisdiction applicable to the user's place of residence, which must not be younger than 18 years of age.
    b. Do not attempt to or proceed to deposit proceeds from unlawful activity.
    c. Establish a User Account for personal use only, not for commercial purposes.
    d. Fulfil the jurisdictional conditions stipulated in clause 2 directly above.
    e. Be the sole owner of the User Account and not share the User Account with any other parties.
  4. As part of the registration process, you will be required to select a username and password for your login into the website. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone and must not permit another person to use the website via your User Account. Blue Pepper B.V. is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your User Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether passive or active, of your login details to any third party.
  5. If you notice that you have more than one registered User Account, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your User Account/-s being blocked for further access.
  6. After opening an account, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all funds for that account if it is found to violate the provisions set forth in these terms.
  7. The Company guarantees the strictest confidentiality obligations for all user accounts. However, we are obliged to disclose it only at the request of a law enforcement agency or our regulator. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

  9. You can choose the currency during the registration process. The currency used by each user will be the currency selected when opening the account and cannot be changed later. Please note that users are not given the automatic right to choose the currency of their account.
  10. Accounts cannot be transferred between players. Similarly, funds cannot be transferred from one User Account to another.
  11. You may only have one User Account on the website which must be registered in your name and using accurate and truthful personal information. If you attempt to open more than User Account, all accounts the user tries to open may be blocked or closed and any bets and/or wagers may be voided without notice.
  12. Obscure Bet: the Company reserves the right to refuse an ambiguous bet and consider it as invalid.
  13. Organizational bets: Users must always bet as individuals. If one or more users make the exact same bet several times, the bet will be cancelled. Another example is that several users are members of a betting organization/ association or syndicate, each bet is placed several times in a short period of time by one or more users, and the bets are made together. This rule may be applied even in such cases. In that case, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the balance of your account.
  14. If We mistakenly credit your User Account with funds that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain the property of the Company and the amount will be transferred from your User Account. If prior to the Company becoming aware of the error you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by you to Blue Pepper B.V. In the event of an incorrect credit, you are obliged to notify the Company either via customer support or by email.
  15. No bet will be confirmed until it is presented to the account holder in the "My Bet" section of their account.
  16. The Company reserves the right to give bonuses to its users if certain criteria and conditions are met. Valid criteria will apply when you place your bet, and you will be notified online or by email that a bonus is being made available to you. The bonus given will be automatically credited to your account.
  17. Users are entitled to voluntarily close their account. This can be actioned up contacting customer support and/or via the User Account settings. Please note that only the Company can reopen an account that has been closed due to concerns outside of responsible gambling. Any account closures linked to self-exclusion and/or problem gambling behavior shall not be reinstated.
  18. In respect to payments to and from your User Account:
    a. You can make deposits and withdrawals from your User Account using different payment methods such as credit card and e-wallet. It is not possible to deposit or withdraw in cash.
    b. All payments are made through a secure connection to avoid unauthorized access by third parties as much as possible.
    c. The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposits for each payment method. The Payment Methods page on the website contains all the terms and conditions and details the payment process.
    d. Depending on the payment method, the Company reserves the right to charge handling fees. Each fee can be found on the Payment Methods page on the website and the payment process is also clearly stated.
    e. The Company reserves the right to add, remove or adjust existing payment methods at any time.
    f. You are responsible for any fees such as bet cancellation, suspension or chargeback resulting from incorrect deposits.
    g. Users who choose electronic payment will no longer have the right to revoke the payment once it is officially made. In addition, internationally recognized regulations and laws in the electronic payment process will apply.
    h. Blue Pepper B.V. is not a financial institution. We do not pay interest on the balance of your account, regardless of the amount or provide credit facilities.
    i. The Company is obliged to authenticate each user's identity in accordance with the law. Blue Pepper B.V. also has the right to carry out in-depth identification at its own discretion.
    j. Payments to and from your User Account (i.e., deposits and withdrawals) must exclusively originate from payment instruments registered in your name. The use of third-party payment instruments, which are not under the User Account holder's name, is strictly prohibited. In the event that payments are identified as originating from third-party payment instruments, these instruments will be disabled from the site, payments will be promptly returned to the third-party account, and any wagers placed as well as any winnings obtained may be forfeited.

 

VI. Withdrawal

Online betting account

  1. All withdrawal requests will be checked and will be sent manually. Remittance arrangements are not done automatically.
  2. All deposits must be used for gameplay/ betting. You can request a withdrawal of your winnings generated by gameplay/ betting.
  3. Bonus withdrawal conditions vary depending on the bonus, so please read the individual bonus conditions carefully as well as the General Bonus Conditions listed within these Terms.
  4. The owner of the existing balance of winnings is the user. Should the User Account be operated within the confines of these Terms and the law, the user has the right to request a withdrawal from the confirmed User Account. In that case, please request to process your withdrawal by using the withdrawal request form on the withdrawal page of the website.
  5. Depending on the payment instrument you choose, you will be paid to the account you own in your own name (as per clause 18.(j) above). However, the Company reserves the right to process the withdrawal subject to further receipt of a valid identity document or proof of payment instrument ownership. When a withdrawal request is made, We, in principle, reserve the right to withhold payment until the card is fully verified by the card issuing bank.
  6. Payment complaints must be raised by the user to the Company within 30 days of request.
  7. Users can request withdrawals once a week (from Monday to Sunday) without incurring any fees. In the event of more frequent withdrawals, the Company will levy a fee of 5.5% of the requested amount or a minimum of EUR 5 or the equivalent amount in the player's account currency, for each subsequent request.
  8. The Company reserves the right to refuse payments from or to certain payment instruments.
  9. Please note that you cannot request a withdrawal before all deposited funds in your account have been wagered at least once.
  10. The Company reserves the right to use additional procedures and means as well as request from you evidences to verify your identity and other data provided by You at any time. We reserve the right to perform identity checks on a user, with third party services, using the information provided to us by a user upon registering a User Account on the website. You are hereby notified that We carry out verification procedures, whether by ourselves or through third parties on transacting customers. You may be requested to supply us with documents at the deposit stage and/or the withdrawal stage (or both) or at any other stage at the sole discretion of Blue Pepper B.V., such as a copy of Your passport or other identification documentation as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, as well as any supplementary documentation, such as documentation substantiating the user’s residential address and/or further proof of payment instrument ownership. We may also request any documentation previously provided which would have later on expired or would no longer be valid for any reason, or to request any additional KYC documentation for any reason and at any time. Your User Account may be blocked or closed if you do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you provide is/are found to be false or misleading. We reserve the right to close your User Account and withhold any funds held in your User Account until the verification process is complete.
  11. If, on completion of our verification checks, the User Account or the payment methods utilised by the user are suspected to belong to an individual under 18 years of age:
    a. All transactions made will be made void, and all related funds deposited by the user will be returned by the payment method used for the deposit of such funds, wherever practicable and any winnings will be forfeited; and
    b. The User Account will be closed.
  12. Withdrawals must be done to the same method that was deposited with, whenever possible. The Company reserves the right to ask you to withdraw to a particular payment method or to impose a withdrawal of funds to an alternative payment method to comply with anti-money laundering policies and regulations. If you have deposited with multiple payment methods, the Company reserves the right to split your withdrawals across the different payment methods, at its discretion.

VII. About betting on the website 

  1. Betting is only allowed if the User's Account has sufficient funds.
  2. If a technical error makes a bet despite insufficient funds, the bet will be considered invalid. In that case, the Company will not be liable for any damages and your account will be reset to the original position before the bet was placed.
  3. In the unlikely event that information is revealed within the betting period that the result can already be determined, the Company will set a new deadline for the bet or declare the bet invalid.
  4. The Company is not responsible for typing mistakes, forwarding mistakes or evaluation mistakes by users. In particular, obvious mistakes in entering bet odds and/ or assessing bet results (e.g., typos, wrong matches, apparently inappropriate odds and handicaps, number of lower/ higher goals given in bets, etc.), We reserve the right to correct the error even after the results are available or to declare the bet invalid. The Company is also not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information it provides, nor for the up-to-datedness of that information (e.g., odds list or live score). Only bets confirmed and recorded by the Company will be valid.
  5. You can only place bets online through our site. You cannot send bets by mail, fax, email, or any other means. All bets received by these means will be void, regardless of whether they win or lose.
  6. The bet is confirmed when the Company confirms it online electronically (that is, when the bet is received).
  7. If you do not know the date and time the bet was confirmed due to a communication error, or if the user does not have the required personal data, the bet will be invalid. In that case, the stake will be refunded.
  8. Bets received after the start of the betting event are also considered invalid. However, this rule does not apply to live bets.
  9. The betting deadline is set by the Company.
  10. Betting on behalf of bookmakers and betting brokers, and even betting by employees of these companies, is not permitted. For example, if a user is involved in a sporting event as a participant, organizer, trainer, or club officer, betting on that event is not permitted. In the unlikely event that such facts become apparent, the Company reserves the right to cancel these bets even after the event is over and winnings will be forfeited.
  11. Winnings will be automatically credited to your account. However, we may withhold winnings until the official match report is published.
  12. For every bet, the Company’s record is decisive. We may also disclose records upon request. We may also correct your betting account only to correct obvious mistakes, obvious typos or miscalculations.
  13. If users wish to see their betting details for accuracy, they may also be given the opportunity to cancel certain betting slips. However, this is a voluntary action of the Company, and the user is not entitled to automatically cancel the betting slip. This cancellation request is only possible on the "My Bet" page online. Therefore, it cannot be requested via email, mail, fax, telephone or other means of communication. As a general rule, live bets cannot be cancelled.

 

VIII. Account information

  1. All online betting users are eligible to request a report on their "account statement". The website allows you to enter your username and password to view and print all betting transactions for different periods.
  2. Claims for a bet may be accepted within 30 days of the date the bet is booked or confirmed.

XI. Casino and Live Casino


The following paragraphs detail the casino and live casino products offered by the Company:

  1. By using Our casino or live casino products, users agree to the rules of the casino and live casino as well as Our General terms as specified within these Terms.
  2. Users must be aware that playing casino and live casino games is just for entertainment purposes, and, at the same time, there is an absolute risk of losing money because of gambling. Participation in casinos and live casinos is assumed to be completely voluntary.
  3. The Company reserves the right to limit or block Casino and Live Casino access for certain players at its sole discretion.
  4. Our Casino uses and offers casino and live casino software supplied by third party software providers. The Company is not responsible for any issues, downtime, interruptions, and errors that may occur during an active game session.   5. Jackpots and associated prizes offered at Our casino are updated at regular intervals, but not in real time. Therefore, it is possible that the jackpot prize amount presented is not equal to the actual prize amount. As soon as someone hits the jackpot, the amount is calculated according to the number of times played before the jackpot hits.
  6. Our live casino offers a chat function facilitated via Evolution Gaming’s live casino. You shall be courteous to other users using the chat facility as well as support personnel and avoid rude or obscene comments. You must not post unlawful, indecent, racist, obscene, libellous, defamatory, or threatening material, or any material that would violate any law or generally be considered to be an offensive.   7. Participation in the Casino and Live Casino:
    a. Users who violate the rules and other rules applicable to Our casinos and live casinos will be excluded from participating in promotions and bonus programs without notice.
    b. The Casino offers users a "play for fun" version and a "play for real (paid)" version. In order to play with real money, you need to have enough funds in your User Account.
    c. Live casino products (online and mobile casinos) are only available in the "play for real (paid) version" and therefore can only be played with real money.
    d. We prohibit third party assistance tools and software (TPA) that provide an "unfair advantage" to users. We consider "TPA Tools" to be items such as, but not limited to computer software, websites, and reference materials. We prohibit the use of the following TPA tools including but not limited to:
    d1. Tools or services that disguises the user device used and it's installed operating system.
    d2. Tools or services that assists a player in registering for games or game selections.
    d3. Any other tool or service deemed to provide players with an unfair advantage.
    The Company reserves the right to consider any use of the aforementioned TPA Tools as a material breach of these Terms and accordingly shall have the right to terminate a User Account in the event whereby a user engages or attempts to engage in any such activity, regardless of the outcome of such an attempt. Should such termination occur in accordance with this Clause, the Company reserves the right to confiscate funds from the said behaviour.

 

XII. Data protection guidelines

  1. Users must understand that the Company captures personal data as betting information is stored and processed as part of the betting process.
  2. Blue Pepper B.V. processes your personal data with the aim of providing you with an online betting/ gambling service.
  3. The Company will never pass on your data to a third party unless the Company is legally obliged to do so under the applicable law, performance of contract to supply a gambling service to the user and/ or on the basis of your consent. The Company also reserves the right to disclose your data on the basis of legitimate interest, which means that We reserve the right to disclose your data to third parties based on our legitimate interest only where we have thoroughly assessed and balanced these interests with your rights, freedoms and interests.

XVI. Abandoned and Dormant Accounts

  1. If an Account remains dormant for a continuous 12-month period, the Company will classify it as inactive. 6 months prior to your account being deemed as inactive leading up to the 12th consecutive month of dormancy, the Company shall make all the necessary attempts to return any remaining funds back to you. 
  2. Upon 12 months of uninterrupted dormancy, the Company reserves the right to apply periodic administration fees. These fees will be imposed from the date your account is marked as inactive and will not exceed the balance in your account. A monthly fee of 10 EUR (or currency equivalent) or 10% of the balance in the inactive account (whichever amount is the greater) will be applied every following calendar month (further - dormancy fee). The dormancy fee will be deducted from the inactive account until the earlier of: (a) the inactive account balance being reduced to zero; or (b) the inactive account being reactivated by you. In each of situation (a) and (b) as noted in this clause, the inactive account fee shall cease to be deducted.
  3. We reserve the right to close an inactive account with a balance reduced to zero.

 

XVII. Limitation of Liability

  1. The telecommunications networks and Internet access services required for you to access and use the service are entirely beyond our control and we shall have no liability whatsoever for any outages, slowness, capacity constraints or other deficiencies affecting the same.

  6. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Blue Pepper B.V., its directors, employees, partners and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities which arise as a result of:
    a. Your breach of these Terms, in whole or in part;
    b. A violation by you of any law or any third-party rights; and
    c. Use of the service by any other person accessing the service using your login credential whether or not such use has been carried out with your authorisation.

 

XVIII. Breach, Penalties and Termination

  1. If You breach any provision of these Terms or we have a reasonable ground to suspect you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your User Account.
  2. If we suspect you are engaged in illegal and/or fraudulent activities when using the service or the website; or in breach of these Terms, we may freeze or terminate your User Account, confiscate funds, or cancel any stakes at our absolute discretion.

 

XIX. Miscellaneous

  1. Nothing in these Terms shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third parties not party to these Terms.
  2. Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between you and the Company.

XX. Entire Agreement

  1. If a provision of these Terms is or becomes unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision hereof.
  2. We reserve the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer these Terms. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer these Terms.
  3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the website and the games or the service, save in the case of fraud, supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the service.

 

XXI. Applicable law and jurisdiction

  1. These rules are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and the parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts.
